I couldn't find evidence for it being a commercial app (though I have a hunch it will become one once there are people using it..). The source is on Github, the download of the installer on the product website is free and I couldn't find any price tag.

They may have deleted them themselves - I did give him a second warning and the answers disappeared very quickly.
