The article is gone - again, I assume - but I recognize the name. He does seem to have posted up a lot of poor tips as articles recently, and doesn't seem to listen too well when you explain why it isn't an article...

Two ways: Here - since this is abuse, and if your reputation is high enough you can also report it on the page itself. Have a look at the top right of the article, next to the rating, and below the username. If there is a "Orange Flag" icon, then you have sufficient reputation. Click the flag, and a drop down menu will open. One of the options is "Plagiarism" - you can click on that and it will report the article as containing illegally copied material. 5 Votes later, it will automatically vanish.
Reporting it here is the best start - we can investigate and remove the article.

The image is gone: it's been deleted from CP servers - the tag remains because the modified version of the Tip is still in moderation. It'll be through soon, and the old version will disappear!

Yes. I am quite sorry about certain section within the article/tip.
I did comment that I was sorry for not including the zip link on the page. I did also say that I would change my approach to this article/tip.
I tried to reply to all the comments make - to help them to understand my reasoning - which was initially flawed - for this type of site.
But why then close my account. How was I being a troll? This seem quite unfair?
