After taking a deeper look at his posted Tip, I really don't think I am wrong about this.

I noticed his published Tip has a section about Registry cleanup as well~~, but I don't see any spammy links there~~.

The first revision of his published Tip has the same spammy link as the new article. Looks like a traditional spam message, apart from the fact that he's not put any content in the anchor tag, so it doesn't appear! D'Oh! | :doh:

Keeps digging up old questions to add information that doesn't give any additional value to the questions, so I'm not sure if this qualifies as abuse or not...

Also adds information only about java even if the question is tagged C# or other langauges...
