Simply put, the person using contracting1990 and on is a troll. All the accounts are being used for trolling.
The base MO is to start, usually with *1990, with something sensible then to get more and more abusive with the other numbers; *1993 and *1994 look alive now and will probably start trolling soon.
Can we not fee him and abuse vote EVERY post and any accounts that appear. It's not worth the storage to allow this to go on any further.

Well, contracting1996 was actually my old account I haven't used for ages - Now that this clown was spreading around and trolling people i thought that I'd troll him, changed my old account's name to contracting1996 - And asked Chris to delete it (can't find the post, though - I guess Chris' deleted it).
Name blocked, and I live with the good feeling that I have spoiled the troll.
As far as I have seen, only contracting1994[^] is alive anymore.
