Since they are not blasting this out as badly as the Live Stream Spammers, I say just Report the posts and accounts as spam. I did down-vote the one answer in QA because it woke up an almost two year old question. I just hate that. I only flag the spam and the user if multiple posts follow the same pattern. I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.
