You are correct, but if you look at his profile, you will see that he has only been a member for 2 months. If you then look at the graph with his reputation history, it appears his points shot up to around 1600 on the first day.

I hadn't thought about him for a while until I've seen him bothering Chris in the Sugs and Bugs[^] again - with the account which should be closed according to Marcus Kramer. This was the point when I started to dig deeper because at this moment I remembered that Marcus said something like "the account has been closed according to sock-puppeteering". In the end I spent half an hour searching for evidence and recovered two sock puppet accounts - Not a bad day  .
