I guess Best Web Dev article of September 2015: http://www.codeproject.com/Surveys/1816/Best-Web-Dev-Article-of-September.aspx[^] has fake votes for the article on the top right now i.e.
Getting Started with ReactJS Using MVC And WCF REST[^] by user : http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=2757697[^], the votes are increasing with the speed of light. Same was the case with this user two months back when his article was nominated. The actual votes on the article itself is 15 only Smile | :)

I doubt he is promoting fake votes. @Sean-Ewington please check.
