Probably not a good idea - they need to be "automatically removed" by spam reports or they aren't fed to the automated spam detector, and it can't learn from them for next time.
I'm in the process of spam reporting them, which is removing some, and I've cleaned those out - but the remainder will need spam reports before they should be deleted.

We got a good number of 'em, so it's probably not important!

When I saw that in the queue (I think it was as an article at first) my reaction was "extremely poor quality".
Even as a tip, that's just meaning free drivel. "Extremely poor quality" voted and that should be applied to those that let it through as well!

I was caught with that one. Interesting concept (chassis, car make). It sort of felt plagiarised but I can't find anything similar.
I guess we're down to the star-voting system now that it's published ... or reporting as "Extremely poor quality"

It would be site driving spam when the link points to his own site or advertising something.
But it seems that the link points to the same content and he is not the author. So it would be plagiarised. Maybe a Chinese speaking member can check this.
Overall it is not going to be published (I have reported the article as off topic).

Site driving: Zohra Keya - Professional Profile - CodeProject[^]
The first looks almost genuine: "Why is my website loading slow?" and a link.
But the second was the same link, plus a "We are the premiere consultancy ..."
Fail!
