I agree that occasionally very poor quality posts immediately get comments of praise and positive votes. Sometimes it is hard to see why an article was approved. Yes it smells. What rule could you possibly apply to eliminate what is after all just a perception that skulduggery is afoot?

I didn't get you. How 'India' is involved here? We've seen a lot of content where this was the case even country was different. It may be the case that most of the Articles you went through belongs to Indian Authors, but also try to find non Indian ones, you will see it's everywhere.
I mean, forget the particular country, it is something to do with system which is very hard/complex/not much effective/foolproof. Apart from that, rather than discussing general case, mention list of Articles that you think need attention and post it on Article Writing Discussion Boards - CodeProject[^] along with your doubts. I'm sure Sean would be helping you. e.g.

Thoughts about this? - Article Writing Discussion Boards - CodeProject[^]
Anything,i mean anything we write is Article/Tip-Trick? - Article Writing Discussion Boards - CodeProject[^]
Note that, everyone posted their doubts and got appropriate response.

It's a shame really as I feel it could be a good product personally.
Isn't there some sort of product show case articles that they could use? or it just a case of by some advertising?
