I'm not sure I agree with you on this one. Project Oxford is Microsoft's attempt to build a facial recognition system and all the links in this article go to the relevant websites for getting a key and for testing the API. Those are all official Microsoft sites, and they are appropriate resources to go with the code. Sorry, but this has lead to a legitimate attempt at an article being closed.
