Looks like your account was closed because 1-2 over-zealous voters decided to vote your question as abuse (it wasn't they just have a warped sense of what is acceptable and/or let the 'power' go to their head).
Welcome back and please don't think we are all like that, because we aren't.

No. There were 10. And you don't have enough info. Protectors have no powers to close someone's account.

There was two. You and someone else. We could see who reported it yesterday when it was closed.

I would be more than happy if you can show me functionality anywhere on this site where just two members can close someone's account. Two reports can't even close the question. I forgot to take a snapshot of the same. You can request those 10 names to Admin. They can provide the same if they wish to.

If it was closed by two reports, i will leave this site voluntarily. Do you leave otherwise?

No need I saw your name and one other.

Are you a child? This is not meant as an offence, I ask because this is not the first immature comment you have made and I don't want to be conversing with minors.

Looking at all your comments, i don't think this discussion turns out to be a productive one as you are arguing like a mentally disturbed one. All the personal allegations. Not interested in such discussions.

And what, do you want the user account to be cancelled due to this comment?
All right, this member put a comment on not a very good article, suggested reasonable action (to improve and article which really needs improvement); and it doesn't look pleasant. But what is abusive?
This member has only two messages, nothing else, and they are not too bad. (Well, one has not a very nice word which I don't welcome, but nothing personal. He criticized an article, not offended a person.)
You did not comment to this message, did not try to suggest better idea, as so do. Instead, you reported the message here. Did you think about correctness of your own action, and the possibility of reporting on your own account?

I'm not sure that it is spam; a rather silly question certainly. Maybe OP just needs to be told what's what.

You maybe right. It's only that the only relevant part of the question was a link to OP's site... That made me suspicious

After my previous report posted below (http://www.codeproject.com/Messages/5094082/Obscene-language-used-for-aggressive-response-to-c.aspx[^]) on really outrageous behavior of this member, http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=6495187[^], I received 78 new comments, and about 40 of them was from the same member, full of hatred, offensive expressions, and so on.
What's worse, a number of my answers have been spoiled be the same offender. My signature was edited to read "—SA Codeproject Bot". I really need to clean it up, but it needs time. By my estimate, this is about 35 posts. And it's nearly obvious that he also down-voted as many posts, including the article, because all down-voted come in a row in a short period of time between them. It's interesting that just one person decided to do some much work. He needs to be stopped before he did more harm.
Of course, nothing personal; there is no talking of offense or something. It's just spam contaminating our site greatly and bad for our reputation. We need to clear it from this rubbish. It would be the best if we could have lost all traces of these attacks.

This posting[^] (closed) screams "hacking" to me. The poster requests the community to help him essentially break into a website so he can steal content.
Thoughts?
You can lead a developer to CodeProject, but you can't make them think.

To me it sounds like he just wants to automate the task of rightclick + save image as, while that application should authenticate to the website (deviantart) as himself so that mature content is enabled. Since he could do the same thing manually, that wouldn't be stealing / hacking.

Agree.
This person asks for technical advice on downloading images, at most, on Web scraping. There is nothing wrong with that techniques. Every software developer should be competent enough in such things and has every right to know it all. After all, viewing everything on the Web essentially means that all the content is already downloaded to the client computer.
Something wrong may happen (or not) only as the result of the use of all that.
