Nah the chances of both of them being Codeproject members are way to slim.

There are entire university degrees built around cyber security and they teach you how to hack so that you can know how to prevent and protect from hacks. There is nothing wrong teaching someone how to hack. We would all be better programmers if we knew how to hack more.
We need to stop being so uptight about the terms "hacking" or "virus." In this case, OP's intent did not seem misguided.
There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

A very very big 5 for this. I posted similar a lot of time here.

While I have mixed emotions about teaching how to hack something (if I was qualified..) I think kicking him just for asking isn't justified.

Question has been nuked.
User said in a comment: "it is not for hacking ... i want to block https websites and shows a message that the website is blocked in the web browser with the https url"
It sounds a plausible reason (i.e. at Work url filtering), maybe give a second chance to the user?

The comment was posted after I posted the report. I agree it then became a plausible reason.
I've seen the other side of the coin too though.

I know... me too. But that's why I exposed my doubts in this case.

EDIT: Nothing to see here.

It seems the message was deleted or nuked, I can't find it.
Considering the first answer. If it is not clear spam, you could edit your message and delete the user link to avoid (possible) unfair kick.

A user has posted a question with a short URL in the title
Question : How do I use htt[DELETED].ly/dungeon-boss-hack?[^]
Member : Member 12421795 - Professional Profile - CodeProject[^]
i know this type of spammers , "i can not open that url" ,"this page does not load etc.." which is just a hook for others to click his link , between link goes to a game hack site
for other case (if not considered as spam), his post is not a question at all

Probably spam. Maybe keep an eye on it?

I'd say it's spam - I can't see any other reason for posting it, and I voted appropriately on message and poster.
I took the liberty of editing your post to remove the link address from the subject - otherwise we are doing the spammer's job for him...

Thanks for the editing
Is this forum moderated or am i flagged as spammer while reporting spam
Because this is second time my post went to moderation queue
|
|

No
The automated system doesn't flag anybody - it just says "I think this is spam" and queues it for a human to decide. If the human decides "SPAM!" then you would get a kick and the message would be discarded.
It's just a false positive, is all - and until they changed it a few months back so high-rep members don't get reviewed at all maybe 10% of my posts went to moderation (from where I was allowed to approve them!)
It's a good thing, really - you wouldn't believe how many messages a spambot can post, or how quickly it can do it...

At the very least, this is not a development question. I voted "Off-topic".
