The link seems pretty benign. The article appears to be a genuine attempt (even though not an appropriate subject). It should be adequate to not approve the article and let the member know why.

Keep an eye on for now.
EDIT: Thought I was in S&A. Oops.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

Why article still here with 13 votes?
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

The member has gone now, so I deleted it.
But I'm not sure why some seem to stick around - I know this has been mentioned in S&B before and the answer is always "they probably weren't all for the same thing", which is unlikely given that the member has been closed. Seems to happen more a weekends, or is that my imagination?
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

From the same author as reported here[^] another article: Overloading short-circuit operator && and ||[^] is same as Overloading Short-circuit Operators[^]. Based on the dates, the latter one was published a day earlier.
However, as the dates are so close to each other I think it's impossible to be certain which one was first. One clue though: The latter one has a picture attached to it while the one published here has an invalid picture placeholder.

Given that we know he's a happy to copy and claim it as his own work from the other article, I think we have to assume he stole this as well.
