I think it's a bug: it should be five for the article, and 10 for the user, IIRC and normally it is. But some of them seem to hang on up into the high twenties...

I would wait before nuking this time... let's see what Sean or Chris has to say.
The thematic might be not KSS but he didn't post any abusive comment or link (yet)

As OG says below: Do we really want to be involved with such people?

I take the risk to sound like RyanDev this time... one thing is if you want to be involved or not, another thing is if he broke the rules to be reported.
He is going to be nuked, and I am not going to miss him/her. But the point is... this time, the report is/was not legitimated by the rules.
Said that... I won't continue with the "discussion", because it can get too long and I am too lazy to type more about it
You made your point, I made mine. That's all. Not trying to defend or to convince anyone.

Even if he was looking for some help (with software creation, not the kind he appears to need), he could have worded it better.
I don't think he was asking a serious question, smells more like spam to me.
Even if he doesn't get kicked, he probably won't be posting for long ... as most likely he'll be blind soon anyway

Yes, agree... but he used normal nouns and no links.

And I'm not sure how anyone makes money out of it either: the kind of person who "needs" the app is probably the kind who don't pay for the "source material" anyway...

Not an answer though. But his/her home page definitely looks dodgy.

I suspect the first will be edited later to add the link.
