I cannot really see much wrong with the question, apart from the fact that he can find the answer by going to the articles section.

It's the prominence of the site link, just looks like site driving to me (especially as a quick google would have found loads of info and it's supposed to be a tech guides site!)

I did wonder about that. However, anyone can create a website and fill it with stuff copied from elsewhere. Mybe we should leave it to @Sean-Ewington as final arbiter.
