Yeah, but an author of the question is visible only in case when there are 3 spamm-reports.
Is it possible to see the name of member earlier?

initially, even i was not able to see the member's name and when i try to click the question link in the page, it showed the member info, I am not sure how it works.

In theory, once you report it, you can hover over the "Shield" and the name will appear.
I'm still waiting to try it though...
