what are the selection criteria of your tool?
We could bring a tiny set of "please do X" in the sticky notes, so we all do more or less the same to avoid this situations

The simplest solution is to just remove the link - leave the name in there, but without the CP member URL. That way "casual members" don't report 'em either.
No URL, no manual or automatic problem.

That's a long-standing bug feature with the "Updated" display. If you click on the "v2" link, you'll see that Hans actually updated the question back in May 2011, not 8 hours ago.
