This message tells you what is wrong; there is some incompatibility between your database library and your code. It is quite possibly a 32 vs 64 bit issue.

There are various causes of this problem but most likely your Oracle Client is not a supported version. Google for the exception message and you come up with all kinds of suggestions.

Probably you can't: some software at least hashed the key and and stores that - and hashes are not reversable.

Can anyone tell me how to pass value from child page to parent page.I have a gridview on a parent page.Inside a gridview i have a textbox. In child page i have a textbox and a button. Now i want that when a value is entered in textbox in child page and button is clicked then this value needs to be shown in the textbox inside gridview in parent page.

Swinkaran is correct, what UI are you using, gridview implies either ASP, WPF or Silverlight but you could be wanting details about a DatagridView in winforms. A little more info is required for us to help.
