Look at the System.Security.Permissions.RegistryPermission class
and/or
Add an app.manifest file and alter the requestedExecutionLevel - this will invoke UAC.

Could somebody help me pls ? i want to retrieve text from label or textbox on a windows form which i want. Then i type the text to textbox with winApis automatically. For example you think that a keygen it generates a serial i wanna get this then i want to send it to programs activation window.

Use the "Text" member for your control, e.g. myTextBox.Text. This is a string that gets/sets the text for the control.

Not that I can say for sure, but I would imagine that its close to impossible - the point of UAC is to stop programs doing things they shouldn't. If C# could turn it off easily I'd be very worried about UACs value as a security measure...

You probably shouldn't, but, all the UAC stuff is saved in the registry. You can alter those keys (you'll need to invoke UAC via app.mainifest first to be able to access them) from C#. Google for Registry UAC Vista and you should be able to find out which keys they are.
