Professor B. Heif is conducting experiments with a species of South American bees that he found during an expedition to the Brazilian rain forest. The honey produced by these bees is of superior quality compared to the honey from European and North American honey bees. Unfortunately, the bees do not breed well in captivity. Professor Heif thinks the reason is that the placement of the different maggots (for workers, queens, etc.) within the honeycomb depends on environmental conditions, which are different in his laboratory and the rain forest.
As a first step to validate his theory, Professor Heif wants to quantify the difference in maggot placement. For this he measures the distance between the cells of the comb into which the maggots are placed. To this end, the professor has labeled the cells by marking an arbitrary cell as number 1, and then labeling the remaining cells in a clockwise fashion.
For example, two maggots in cells 19 and 30 are 5 cells apart. One of the shortest paths connecting the two cells is via the cells 19 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 15 - 30, so you must move five times to adjacent cells to get from 19 to 30.
Professor Heif needs your help to write a program that computes the distance, defined as the number of cells in a shortest path, between any pair of cells.
Input
The input consists of several lines, each containing two integers a and b (a,b ≤ 10000), denoting numbers of cells. The integers are always positive, except in the last line where a=b=0 holds. This last line terminates the input and should not be processed.
Output
For each pair of numbers (a,b) in the input file, output the distance between the cells labeled a and b. The distance is the minimum number of moves to get from a to b.

Hi
In my web application, I am using a datagrid to display some text which can be of any length. If the text is very lengthy, the datagrid expands and the appearance of the page is weird.
Is there any way to wrap the datagrid text. I found a way listed from online help which works only for IE browser. I want the application to be hosted in any browser. When I open the application in Firefox, the wordwrap doesn't work.
The suggested solution was to apply styles mentioned below to the datagrid.

Since in our application uses gridiview, I think the property you had mentioned is not available. Can anything done for word wrapping with gridview.

Hello,
I have a problem using MSHTML.HTMLDocument in my winforms/c# application. I use that stuff from Microsoft.ConsultingServices.HtmlEditor to present and edit HTML in my app. The problem is when I paste some text from Word, which includes comments, I get an error (originating from HTMLDocument, or WebBrowser, I'm not sure) that says I have error on my page (basically it's javascript error, but its irrelevant). I just need to somehow trap this error and prevent it from shoving to the user. Can I use any properties/methods/events of HTMLEditor, or HTMLDocument to prevent it from showing those errors?

One simple questions abuot matrixes:

The function GetListLength failed (Iusing .Length) if it is never called SetDimension before, but I like that that function returns 0.
So, How to know that List is declared but not defined?
That is, Is there any propertyes like List.IsUndefinied() that I can use?

In the constructor for MyClass set List to null. Then GetListLength can check it to make sure List is non-null before it tries to access its members.

I am trying out a few things with MediaPlayer. I am currently creating the Windows Media Player Control Programmatically(i.e without adding a MediaPlayer control into the Application, I need to run it)
After downloading the MediaPlayer SDK and adding wmp.dll reference,

Problem:
I got the above code from MSDN and it is playing the video file at the background but I am not able to see the MediaPlayer on the monitor. I can just hear the audio of the file. Can someone tell me what the problem is.
There is nothing wrong with the windows media player as far as I know
