1. Delete the .resx file from the Solution Explorer.
   
2. Close and re-open the project.
   
3. View the form in the Designer.
   
4. Add a control to the form - this regens the .resx file.
   
5. Rebuild the project.
   
6. Remember to perform bootstrap caffeination before writing code.
