There is no DataGridColumnStyle object like for columns.
Is it possible to customize the row height?

What is the C# code to add a row to a dataGrid programmaticaly??
Thanks in advance,
|
|
|
|
|
you can't directly add row to datagrid.
Add row to DataTable object first and bind the object to the grid.
Grid.DataSource = datatable1;

hi again,
thanks for you reply
i am trying to do it the way u told me,
is there anyway to add a data to a column. meaning to fill a column with data directly.
thanks

|
|
|
|
you can add only ColumnStyles to grid, but no data.
Add data (columns and row) to datatable, add column styles to grid, and then bind the datatable.

Some possible problems that I can think of include:
- Software requirements / Conflicting software / Anti-virus software
- Not sure what version of VS.NET 2.0 you have but if you downloaded it or downloaded part of the suite than the download may be corrupt
- File / Security permissions (Limited account or Administrator account)
- Partial install of VS.NET 2.0 or related beta versions of the software

Is that what i told u really is hacking? I truly dont know that it's called hacking. Thx for the replies. But i heard that i can use the HTTP Request method to insert data and submit automatically. But i dont understand how this method works.
About taking the marks from the HTML page, i was told that the Data Mining is the solution. But can .Net or C# do it ?
So pls give me some examples. A demo console program/code would be great. Ty

Hi
For opening child forms as maximaized in mdi parent window set WindowState = FormWindowState.Maximized; in resize event.
void ChildForm_Resize(object sender, EventArgs e)
{ this.WindowState = FormWindowState.Maximized;}
Me also set the control box to false in child form. But it still appears. I am looking it now...

Hi Irfan Kothari
Just got an another !dea.
Consider you have a mdi parent window. you can create your child window by deriving it from a Control class. Then it don't have control boxes. . For making it maximaize put the dock style to DockStyle.Fill.
This time u will get a child window with no control box , and also it is maximaized.
Hopes this helps

Hi,
Rather than setting the WindowState property of the child window to Maximized, try setting the dock property of the child form to DockStyle.fill jsut before calling the child form.
I hope this would help..
Cheers!!!!

But this time if you double click on the child window title bar , you can see control box(maximaize, mini, close) enabled.
