BUMP for any feedback? Does anyone know if this is even possible?
This has nothing to do with UserControl.Site.DesignMode, because that doesn't get exposed to COM. So will always return FALSE when the ActiveX is used in an application.
I'm looking for the COM interface implimentation of how a VB 6.0 ActiveX interacts with it's container....

Dunno if this is the sole reason, but your column tags don't exactly match up...
<Col2>...</col2>
<Col3>...</col3>
instead col2 and col3 should be capitalized, Col2 and Col3, to match
|
|
|
|
|
I renamed it when I posted here, Actaully there are same and matching,
when I place only one table, It is working fine.
|
|
|

Use xml file like then you will able to read more than one table in dataset by ds.ReadXml(xmlfile) ;Just test it.

Hello,
I've created a WebClient which downloads the index.html file from my webserver and it has been working for the past 3 weeks, but I've had to rewrite my code due to a virus making me format my computer.
Here's my code:
WebClient DownloadData = new WebClient();
DownloadData.DownloadFile("myURL", "LocalDestinationPath");
I am using the exact same code as I used before. I don't understand why it doesn't work this time. I don't get any error messages, or debugging errors, it just doesn't work. I've tried
DownloadFile ,
DownloadData ,
DownloadStream and none of them work :'( Can anybody please help shed some light on the matter? Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Jay.

Do you get an exception? How do you know it isn't working?
|
|

Thanks for the reply sebastion, I know it isn't working because the index.html file is not being downloaded into the destination path that I specified. Which is:
C:\index.html

jason.

Is it "C:\\index.html" or "C:\index.html"?

It is: C:\\index.html
foreach( inch on Jason )
{
Girlfriend.IsHappier();
}

Most of the other things that I can think of would throw some kind of exception
Other folders got the same problem?

Edit. Forgot to answer your first question. lol. No, I'm not getting any exceptions either. It's so weird.

HI,
I want to call web url from my desktop application.
How to do???
|
|
|
|
|
I think I understand your question, please correct me if I'm wrong. I think you want to open a URL in the users browser from within your application? If that's the case, try this:
System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("http://www.AnyWebsite.com/");
The above code will open the specified url into the default web browser.
Hope this helps,
jay.
foreach( inch on Jason )
{
Girlfriend.IsHappier();
}

Hallo
in kernel32.dll there is a CreateFile method to open a specific drive letter (logical or physical) for reading or writing.
I'm aiming to code a small partition cloning utility, a raw copying: do you thing that i could work it out with raw reading/writing between these two handlers CreateFile(Source: , READ) and CreateFile(Destination: , WRITE)?
