Try This
and then use
Initialize array
Int32[,] Process = new Int32[5,5];
Int32 i = Convert.ToInt32("1");
Int32 j = Convert.ToInt32("1");
Process[i,j] = Convert.ToInt32("45");

hi
how cam i create database(sql server .net ) on wp7 ?
i want ask ...can i crate database as visual studio through server explorer button this button not appear on visaul studio for wp7

You can't host SQL Server on WP7. If you need SQL Server capabilities, you will have to use web services and host the database on the server end.

Just to verify you did mean Windows Phone 7 right?
As per the other response you would not typically attempt to put a 'server', regardless of the type, on a phone.
If you really just want persistence then you might want to look at an object database which can be embedded in your app. Along those lines you could look at RavenDB (I am not recommending that but merely noting that it exists and there are probably others.)

yes i mean windows phone 7
i done database on server tcp (done in c# program )
but i want to another DB for client wp7 so what type of database can i use ?
when search on google i found this ( Sqlite Client for Windows Phone ) and i found (Using Local Database in WP7-Mango) so whaat i can use for tcp client ?

Your question isn't clear.
If you want a SERVER, then you find a box, put a database on it, and maintain it.
Then your CLIENT talks to it, which means TCP. And it doesn't matter much what the client box is as long as you can write code that talks to the server.
However if you want persistence on the phone ITSELF, then you do not need a client-server solution.

hi...
i send image as byte from server (this work in c# program )
i want ask how to receive this byte array in wp7 client and convert it bitmap? plz i need ur help

Assuming you have actually received the bytes, it's easy:
MemoryStream ms = new MemoryStream(bytes);
Image returnImage = Image.FromStream(ms);

Well, that depends if the content in the stream is a valid image file that's just been streamed. I think more information about what's in that array of bytes is necessary.

Hi Hi,
From what I see from OriginalGriff's response (and the original query) he is correct. As long as the receiving end is expecting an image in the stream being sent then all should be rendered okay. I've personally used this technique on a few occasions and it worked quite nicely.
Having said that, I also see the point you are making and I believe that some kind of error checking or (what I prefer using) handshake response/acknowledge to ensure that what data is being streamed is what is to be expected and will therefore be implemented properly.
Just me two cents ,

I have a button in my form and on click of that button I am writing this code....
OdbcCommand cmd ;
cmd = new OdbcCommand(abc, cn);
cmd.CommandType = CommandType.StoredProcedure;
cmd.ExecuteNonQuery();
I have made a procedure named abc in database which is returning only one row from login table..So i am just checking that on click of that button my procedure should run but while debugging when i come to cmd.ExecuteQuery() it throws following error..
ERROR [42000] [MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver][mysqld-5.0.77-community-nt]You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near abc() at line 1.
So plz tell me what should be the problem.

Hi,
1. the code as shown does not compile. What is abc?
2. if the data provides claims there is an error in your SQL, the least you should do is take an actual look at the SQL statement; and if you have to ask about it, then show it in your post.
3. you should call Dispose for objects that have such method once you don't need them any longer, in particular for SQL commands and connections.
4. are you sure your SP doesn't need parameters? if it does, I suggest you use OdbcParameter instances.
|
|
|
|
|
This is the code to execute a procedure with parameters:
using (SqlConnection con = new SqlConnection(connectionString))
{
con.Open();
using (SqlCommand com = new SqlCommand("proc_userinfo", con))
{
com.CommandType = CommandType.StoredProcedure;
com.Parameters.AddWithValue("@uid", "My new uid");
com.Parameters.AddWithValue("@uname", "My new uname");
com.Parameters.AddWithValue("@uip", "My new uip");
com.ExecuteNonQuery();
} In your case, you need to convert the abc to a string as an absolute minimum:
cmd = new OdbcCommand("abc", cn); However, it is good practice to Dispose OdbcCommand objects: hence the using block in my example.

Exactly the same as here[^]. Why have you reposted this in the C# forum when it is clearly a MySQL issue?

Please don't repost the same question in various different forums.

Again, nobody is going to just hand to the project for you to turn in as your own work.
