You might try this[^] series of books. I currently own the VSTO, databinding with windows forms, and ADO.NET ones. They are excellent references and will help you develop into any part of C# programming you might want to.

i have used system.web.mail reference, and i have converted the image to base64 encoded data. Now anyone please tell me how to embed this to the email? Anyone know the code? Do i need to specify headers like "MIME Version" etc...?

Don't you have the image as a file? Then you can simply create a MailAttachment object from the file and add to the mail.

I haven't used it, but I know your going to need a custom smtp option, as smtp class doesn't generate multi/part content.

In this format [A] [B] ..etc will appear as soon as i will enter some number in the first line.some fields will be editable

Since you are relatively new to Code Project, I would like to clear up few things for you. It's totally inappropriate to ask the forum gurus to write the program for you. The main educational idea of the forum is only to assist in difficult parts of the code. Areas where you've tried and faild, just to give a push in the right direction.
In our case your question should be more clear and specific -revise Chris's message at the top of the first page of the forum-. Either you want to get the idea of something -eg. Which event should I handle?, Should I parse the text char by char or word by word?, etc..-, or you hung up on a difficult step, which you need assistance with. In the latter case you might want to post your code, for us to analyze and figure out the problem with it.
This way you will get help on the forum. On the other hand posting questions like:
