Am doing my project in c# asp.net web application in this i want to add one php website into my asp.net webapplication.Is there any possibilities to add php website in my asp.net project?

Repeat after me: I will have PATIENCE when asking questions in a forum environment.
Posting the exact same question over and over again minutes apart is just rude.
Yes, you can run both types of pages in the same site. A quick Google for "add php page to asp.net site[^] could have told you that and given you some pointers to set it up.

Hi all!
when this impulse based equation can equal to zero:
w'=w+j/I*r*n;
n normal contact;j impulse;I inertia;
|
|
|
|
|
I'm sorry, but this isn't really a C# question. You might want to try the algorithms forum instead.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. If not I apologize but I am looking for a c# programmer who will undertake a project with me. I know there is plenty out there but I feel I or we could do it better and get people to use it. It would be a hard project but I am sure we could do it since I am not that great with c# I need someone who really knows what they are doing. I can take care of the website and other stuff and help with designing of the app and such.
Its a server client chat system like yahoo messenger. I want to have the server on the site and client be a windows app in c# anyone interested please let me know
please do not reply with nasty or harsh comments just like everyone else its a idea

|
|
|
|
|
So...you want someone to do all the hard work and produce a chat system for you to (presumably) make money from, either directly or indirectly via advertising?
I'd suggest that anyone competent enough to do that is probably not going to be happy with the arrangement. I'd also suggest that you learn to code, and do it yourself?

I am able to compare the entered value of an input field with stored values in a dataset. However, I am having trouble doing the same with multiple input fields. Here is my code with single input field. Please advise how to go about the same with multiple input fields. Thanks in advance for any help.
protected void Submit_click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
string path = @"C:\TEMP\ExcelSearchWebApp\OneWayContainers.xlsx";
string connStr = "Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=" + path + ";Extended Properties=Excel 12.0;";
OleDbConnection objConn = new OleDbConnection(connStr);
objConn.Open();
OleDbCommand objCmdSelect = new OleDbCommand("SELECT * FROM MyRange", objConn);
OleDbDataAdapter objAdapter1 = new OleDbDataAdapter();
objAdapter1.SelectCommand = objCmdSelect;
DataSet objDataset1 = new DataSet();
objAdapter1.Fill(objDataset1, "XLData");
string strExcelContainerInfo;
string strContainerInfoText= Convert.ToString(txtCntrInfo.Text).ToUpper();
if (objDataset1.Tables[0].Rows.Count > 0)
{
for (int i = 0; i < objDataset1.Tables[0].Rows.Count; i++)
{
strExcelContainerInfo = Convert.ToString(objDataset1.Tables[0].Rows[i]["OneWayContainers"].ToString());
if (strContainerInfoText == strExcelContainerInfo )
{
ScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript(this, this.GetType(),"alert","alert('OneWayContainer');window.location ='RedirectPage.aspx';",true);
}
else
{
}
}
}
objConn.Close();
}
<form id="form1" runat="server">
<div>
<table class="style1">
<tr>
<td>
<table>
<tr>
<td>
<asp:Label ID="Label1" runat="server" Text="ContainerInfo: "></asp:Label>
</td>
<td>
<asp:TextBox ID="txtCntrInfo" runat="server"></asp:TextBox>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td colspan="2" align="center">
<asp:Button ID="Button1" runat="server" Text="Submit" onclick="Submit_click" />
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>
</form>

Don't crosspost; this one already is in the ASP.NET forum.

I didn't mean to cross post. Just thought it would be more appropriate in C# forum.

How would something general like C# be more appropriate than ASP.NET?
You can use C# in any number of UI's; being from WinForms my first idea would be to have the part that does the comparing, compare a list of items. Chances are rather high that there is an solution for ASP.NET that has no direct equivalent in WinForms, which might do this more efficient.
Wasn't meant as rude as it may have sounded; it is nice to see a question with code that is even formatted, and a well-formulated question

No Problem Eddy.
As far as the question is concerned, this is a web application. I know this has to be done by iteration of these input fields through a loop.Just that I am not getting it right. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Its so bad i cant find any solution on this exception.
The program is running well on the windows 7 machine, but its not working on windows XP(ugh.. they cant move on their old machine).
I am getting this exception
Exception Info: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException
base on the stack the exception started at Properties.Resources.get_mainIcon()
now looking at the IL, the cause of the exception is setting the form icon
form.Icon = Properties.Resources.mainIcon;
can anybody here shade me some light.
any advice will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Is there an InnerException being raised?
|
|
|
|

Finally, I made it worked.
The problem is on the icon itself, it doesn't support some resolution.
The solution is, I just create an icon that has 16x16, 32x32, 48x48 pixel resolutions.
BTW thank you for the reply.

That can help me out! Had this problem in the past on a Windows CE Device
In Word you can only store 2 bytes. That is why I use Writer.

Sounds like code blowing inside a constructor. Can you show us the code from the stacktrace?

And did you have a question?
Because all we have at the moment is a badly phrased statement that you doing this thing.
What do you want? Congratulations? Tea and medals? Help?
We don't know what you have tried, where you are stuck, what help you might need...so we can't tell you anything...

Create a unique number. Add your other string as a prefix. As you have provided no other information, this is as much information as we can provide.
