Hi, i was wondering if someone could help me, i am trying to send a parameter to a report to create subscriptions.
the parameter datatype on the report is set to an Integer Value...now the report parameter value in code can only accept string values...how can i pass my parameter from code as a integer?

What, if anything, does this have to do with C#?
What sort of Report? Crystal? SSRS? What??
How can you expect anyone to answer this?

In that case investigate Int32.TryParse(string,Int32) and its relations.

Hi Henry,

'int' is a 'type' but is used like a 'variable'

try this:
Int32 result;
if (Int32.TryParse(Session["Accounts"], out result))
{
}
else
{
MessageBox.Show("Session[Accounts] is not convertible to an Int32");
}

Hi,
I got thread details about each runnining process on the computer(start time, state, wait reason, cpu%)
and i need to determine the degree of multithreading of the process.How?
In other words,
Given the number of threads that built the process and their states,how can i determine the degree of multithreading?

What is the 'degree of multithreading'?

How about this?

That's look like a loop. Try again.

Oh, I'm sorry, my bad.
void Yay()
{
ThreadStart starter = new ThreadStart(DoWork);
Thread thread = new Thread(starter);
thread.Start();
}
void DoWork()
{
while(!perfectCircle)
{
DoSomething();
}
}
Would this be OK?

LOL threads come and go in programs, and it will change depending on what your doing in the app and perfect timing. And seriously what is "degree of multi threading"?

Either you can sue System.Diagnostic.Process.Start or just create an object of the other C#.net class and execute it.
Either you love IT or leave IT...

As both 12Code and saanj mentioned, look at System.Diagnostics .

Hi there,
I am creating a Windows form, of which, I have removed the title bar which addresses the Minimize, maximize and close buttons, by defining the FormBorderStyle entry as None. However, I have added the minimize and close button on the top right corner of my Border/Title less form. But the problem is, when I try to drag the form from one location of the desktop to another, it doesn't seem to move and remains static in its original location. Can anyone offer me a solution to this?
Your help will greatly be appreciated,
Thanks,

Just add this code to your form
protected override void WndProc(ref Message m)
{
if (m.Msg == 0x0084 )
{
m.Result = (IntPtr)2;
return;
}
base.WndProc(ref m);
}
