I have no idea how this relates to anything else you said...

Fill a DataTable with the appropriate data from your database, then just set the DataGridView's DataSource proeprty to the DataTable you created.

Thats about the worse database structure you could have gone with. You should have one table for emp's and one table for cust's (employee's and customers?)

Ok how about this - first time it's run, store the date in the settings. Every next time it's run (an periodically while it's running to prevent people from cheating by never shutting it down) check whether the difference in days between the saved date and the current date is greater or equal than 30.
When it finds that to be true, it's up to you what it should do (just shut down? give the option to buy? format c?)
People could cheat by changing the date, but I don't think many people would actually do that.
edit: I know I'm not supposed to complain about votes, but I really really don't believe this to be a bad answer. Last modified: 3hrs 13mins after originally posted --

Hi..
Can anybody tel me how to find latest table created from database and display first in combo box list.

That depends on the database.. but most have a master db where you can query that type of information (Mysql, MS SQL)
You should look at the vendors site how to query the master db/table and you should be there
Do Or Don't, there is no "try catch ex as exception end try"

Look into the system information/schema views in sql 2005+ and sysobject in earlier versions.

See my answer above, you have this whole database thing wrong- you dont create new tables for entities - you create new rows within a table. If you add a timestamp to every row, its pretty darn easy to find the most recently created row.

if u r using oracle
go through this
SQL> desc dba_objects;
Name
--------------------------------
OWNER

SUBOBJECT_NAME
OBJECT_ID
DATA_OBJECT_ID
OBJECT_TYPE
CREATED
LAST_DDL_TIME

I would actually use a checkbox for this.
Change the appearence property from "normal" to "Button"
then just say that "checked" = "A"
unchecked = "a"
Do Or Don't, there is no "try catch ex as exception end try"

here is the logic . convert it to C# code.
Button Button1; // by default button text will be On
bool btn_status = true;
public void Button1_Click()
if(btn_status)
{
//put query here to write A
Button1.Text = "Off";
btn_status = !btn_status; //! Operator will alter boolean value of btn_status
}
else
{
//put query here to write a
Button1.Text = "On";
btn_status = !btn_status;
}

Hi,
And its not evening here yet/anymore...
you have been trying to do this for over a week now and all you CP posts have been related to this.
I strongly suggest you start from the basics and get yourself a good beginners book on C#.Net, as this is a fairly straight forward task and you don't seem to be able to do it, despite the help given in your previous posts.
But I'll give you another go...
Do you have any database code at the moment? If so, does it work?
When are you wanting to write to the database? On a button click?
Have you actually got your button to work? i.e. changes when clicked, and you are able to retrieve a value to state if it is On or Off when needed?
Answer these and then we can progress.... Hopefully
