Why do you need to hide the execution?
If you do not say, people are unlikely to help you.

Read the documentation. You clearly have not done so, you haven't had time.
There are plenty of examples there.
Clue: think about ProcessWindowStyle.Hidden
I will not write it for you. You have to do the work yourself.
If you need more examples then try Googling for .net hiding consolewindow

Try setting that to true. You've basically told it that you want it to create a window here.

the same result, the window appear, can you help me? thank you verry mutch.

you're assigning StartInfo after you start the process. What happens if you do it this way:
Process rr = new Process("C:\\pgme.exe");
rr.StartInfo.CreateNoWindow = false;
rr.StartInfo.WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Hidden;
rr.Start();
rr.WaitForExit(); ?

There are an error, Process don't take 1 argument, thank you verry mutch.

i didn't actually try to compile that - that's what you get for coding inside of a web browser
I think this[^] page on MSDN shows an example of what you're trying to do.

I'm surprised that he hasn't come back.
I pointed him to the examples earlier, and he couldn't copy them then.

Please give me a detail how handle click event of the button
|
|
|
|

I bet it's a WinForm project.
Are you using Visual Studio?
Then just double click in the button in the designer, VS will open the code of a newly added click handler!
If it's all hand written:
button.Click += HandleClick;
.....
void HandleClick(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
}
