Does anybody know any skeletization algorithm? For example if we had an image with hand on it, by using the skeletization algorithm we can get the skelet lines of hand. So i'm looking for an algorithm, in russian it is "contrary fire" algorithm.

hello!
the classwizard does show all Control-id's of a dialog by name on register member-variables
-> control-id's listbox. (i guess he reads out of *.rc-file)
i can't selekt all names in one time in the listbox.
i need to put their names in my code, not their id-number.
also to get it out of the *.h-file ist not easy because of self-sorting by visual-studio 6.0.
So how can i get it like this list:
IDC_NAME_EDIT
IDC_BIRTH_EDIT
IDC_COUNT_EDIT
IDC_LEFT_RADIO
IDC_RIGHT_RADIO
....
???
thanks to all!!!!!!!

I'm a bit confused as to what you are asking. In your code, you can refer to a control simply by using:
GetDlgItem(IDC_NAME_EDIT)->SetWindowText("This is some text in my edit control");
((CButton *) GetDlgItem(IDC_LEFT_RADIO))->SetCheck(BST_CHECKED); It's far easier to use member variables instead rather than a bunch of GetDlgItem() calls.

hi!
i just need names of controls:
if you open the classwizard on a dialog (strg+W) you can see all the controls you used exactly for this dialog.
it means, the classwizard can read all the controls out of your dialog.
he can read it's name out of the header an rc-file of resource-file.
(if i just open the rc-file or the header-file i would have to mark all control-names such as IDC_MY_EDIT_ONE, IDC_MY_EDIT_TWO one by one, it's a terrible work!!)
after reading he shows all controls by name (and other things) in one list.
exactly such a list i need for my purpose.... you know?
..or a little tool which - after input the dialogs name (IDD_MY_DIALOG) - can read out of rc-file like a text-file....
o.k.? i would be pleased, to get such a possibility....

Hi!
Is it some way possible that I can run my small program before opening printing preference of my printer.
I mean user right clicks on printer and clicks printing preference. Just as user clicks on printing preference I want to run my prog and then open printing preference.
I want to update some registry keys before printing preference is opened. User can open printing preference from 2 places that is from printers folder or from Application.
In either case I want to run my prog first and then give the control to Printing Preference.
Pls let me know how can this be done
Thanks in advance.

A bug in CAppBar.I want to built a AppBar just like the TaskBar, but
it always can't work correctly .
A Sample is the Windows TaskBar, it is a real AppBar.
When I set it to "AutoHide" and "Always On Top",it usually disappeared.
No Matter what i do, the bar will never appear again.
Please DownLoad my VC6 Project with bug here [^]
In a word ,I just only need a AppBar ,which could have both "AutoHide" and "Always On Top" styles. I hope it will as the Windows TaskBar.
THX very much!!!
if(anyone.got_any_idea())
{
if(NULL=(anyone.email_me("ghostex@126.com"))) //my email 1
anyone.email_me("orma_charf@hotmail.com"); //my email 2
}
^_^
thx again!
PS:
Never heard CAppBar? Ah, it's a MFC class which can operate the Application ToolBar.
I found a class, including these Shell APIs, and named as "CAppBar"
You can download it from this link: Push Here!!![^]
See also the WINXP SP2 SDK , the SDK Sample is in "Samples\WinUI\Shell\AppBar".The CAppBar is made up of this.

Hi,
I want to import a class from a dll dynamiclly by using LoadLibrary(DLLFile)
and not by using Project->Settings->Link....
Is it the same as loading regular function from a dll(By getting a pointer
to that function)?
for example,if in my dll the function looks like this:
in my dll.h file:
#define TCPDLL_API __declspec(dllexport)
#ifdef __cplusplus
extern "C" {
#endif
TCPDLL_API ERROR_CODES FLRInitializeConnections(IPStruct *Server,int num_of_radars);
#ifdef __cplusplus
}
#endif
and in my dll.cpp file:
TCPDLL_API ERROR_CODES FLRInitializeConnections(IPStruct *Server , int num_of_radars)
{
}
now,when i want to use the function :
in my app.h:
typedef ERROR_CODES (*FLRInitializeConnections_PROC )(IPStruct*,int);
HINSTANCE hLib;
FLRInitializeConnections_PROC FLRInitializeConnections;
and in my app.cpp:
hLib = LoadLibrary(DLL name);
FLRInitializeConnections = (FLRInitializeConnections_PROC)GetProcAddress(hLib,"FLRInitializeConnections");
Now i can call the function from the dll.
My question is - in order to use a class from a dll , what should i do?
Do i need to get a pointer to that class or can i load the dll and make instance of that class in the regular way?
With best regards,
Eli

You should load the dll using LoadLibrary and call the DllUnregisterServer function and then unload the dll.

IN Continuation With Mr Santosh!
you must call CoIntialize(NULL) before Calling DllUnregisterServer

yes Santosh, if you see defination of any DllUnregisterServer
STDAPI DllUnregisterServer(void)
{
return _Module.UnregisterServer(TRUE);
}
here DLLUnregisterServer is Using Com Interfaces and to use com interface COM must be Intialised!
Hope, you got my Point!
