you need to write each member to a char buffer, then send that

a struct, is finally an array of bytes. and a char* is also such a thing. the only thing to tell to send is how much bytes (chars) it will have to send, with sizeof(YourStruct).

I am afraid that the encryption technique that you are talking about is undisclosed by Microsoft. There are no direct ways to do this. Also the PST file format of 2003 is different from that of 2002. And check this link out.

Mozilla thunderbird is doing it. Its open source and you may download that source and go through that too, if you are that serious.
It's kind of fun to do the impossible.

hi all i want to remotely execute the process through the WMI on network,i had searched a lot on the net for that but all examples shows how to make queries but no example to show how to execute a process/exe on another computer.

Are you sure you not looking for RPC?  I've never used WMI for remote-type stuff.

thaks for reply my boss ask me to do so with WMI,i searched a lot n found nothing related to executon of exec on other computer using WMI,now i m searching to do this in the RPC.

It seems that it open a access database and create a table with 5 cols and then read all records of MyTable and insert datas to these cols

Try removing the .mdb from your create table statement.

Not sure exactly what your're trying to do, but your insert into statements don't look right.
To add records, you can either use insert into statements or recordset's addnew/update, but you don't need to do both.
database.Execute( "INSERT INTO MyTable(MarketNo, MarketName, Bid, Ask, MarketState) VALUES('1', 'myname', '123', '150', 'A')" );
