example:
If the first row of the matrix is: 0,0,0,0,0,1,1,1,0,0,0,0,1,1,0,0
the first row of the matrix result should be: 5 3 4 2 2
That is to say: five zero, followed by 3 one, followed by four zeros, etc. ....
