Do you have a policy in place that limits the length of passwords?

Hi All
How can i know Excel in install or not in system?

You can usually tell that it is installed when your hard drive makes squeaking noises.
Seriously though, does google not work where you live?

One way would be to see if its CLSID exists in the registry.
Another would to be check the list of installed apps at HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall. This approach will not work for all apps, however.

Do you receive data as binary ? Do you wish to store data as you receive, i.e. binary ? Do you know that 'hexadecimal' is just a (convenient) numeric system?

This already looks suspiciously like a hexadecimal representation of data. Care to elaborate a bit more as to what you really want to do?

I'm not picking on you, honest, but do you really think he can do that?

Through what are you receiving it (e.g., file, COM, USB)?

Great
Common, can't you be a bit more explicit and describe what exact problem you encounter ? And saying "it doesn't work" won't help us a lot.
The only reply we can give you now is: make it work...

I seem to recall that second like being:
"There's a bug in my software, dear Cedric, dear Cedric,
There's a bug in my software, dear Cedric, a bug."
