What is the size of
int
char
float
in Windows 2000 ??

void main(void) {
printf("int : %d\n", sizeof(int));
printf("char : %d\n", sizeof(char));
printf("float : %d\n", sizeof(float));
}
will output :
int : 4
char : 1
float : 4
but notice this : an int is much dependant of the processor architecture than the OS. so, under Windows2000, it may be 4 bytes if the processor handles 32 bits ints, or 8 bytes if it handles 64 bits ints...

What about the compiler.

well, i said that "an int is much dependant of the processor architecture than the OS" if the compiler is well designed/implemented...

I have a char array
when i incremnt the pointer to the array

MSDN about group box: The control is created as a BUTTON class with the BS_GROUPBOX , WS_CHILD , and WS_GROUP styles.

How to convert a binary file with extension .LRN to .Txt file in C++?
Premalatha
|
|
|
|
|
|
.LRN file is a binary file which contains some float values of different parameters.
Eg:
max_ceiling : 47000
plan_area : 516
mach_cr : 0.63
Otherwise just tell me how to convert a binary file into a text file
Thanks & Regards,
Premalatha

For me, this looks not like a binary file. It is simple text format, the only thing is that it doesn't have a txt extension. If that bother you, you can still change the extension manually but I don't think this is a good idea. If you want to open it, you just have to right click on it and choose "open with".

Actually this is the text file format of that LRN file.
The content of that LRN file is :
