I asked a JavaScript question, and I received answers from two different people. The first person's solution did not work. The second person's solution worked perfectly.
For each person, I wrote a cordial message of appreciation, but I want to mark the first one as Rejected as a solution and mark the second one as Accepted. The issue I'm facing is "Accept" and "Reject" are action verbs. So the buttons that say Accept and Reject convey to me that they will Accept or Reject the solution respectively. But if I click the green Accept, it instantly changes to a red Reject button. Likewise if I click the red Reject button, it instantly becomes a nice green Accept button. The result is the good answer has a big danger-colored marker over it, and the bad answer has a nice success-colored marker over it.
To me, it's confusing and I can't be sure whether they are marked correctly. Do I go by the color adorning the solution, or do I go by the action the button proposes to submit, as they are opposite?

An answer without "mark" has white background and you should only see the "accept solution" button.
Once accepted the title background gets green and the question gets the "V" in the list of questions to say, it has been solved.
The red "reject solution" button should only be visible in accepted solutions just in case you change your mind later

The Article Writing forum is for questions about writing an article to be published on CodeProject. The C# Discussion Boards[^] would be a more suitable choice for questions about C#.
However, it sounds like you're asking us to do your research for you. That's not how this site works. You need to be willing to put in some effort yourself.

I have made an article with an explanation what the code do. It points out to GitHub repository, where the entire code base is present. It has been deleted. There are similar articles on same topic, Tetris game published on this site, there are more than 33 000 such project on GitHub, why this one has been deleted? It provides short explanation of the code, major things are explained well, no need to explain everything, and working prototype of project is displayed. If someone like it, they can easily go and see how the game is made.
But why deleting the entire article?

You can restore your article and make changes. There is nothing wrong with an article about the falling blocks game, but what we would ask is that you made some additions to discuss and show more of the code. CodeProject is more about teaching and learning about code, than it is tool or app sharing. (Also to prevent threatening legal letters being sent to the site, can you please call it "falling blocks?")
You should have received this email which will help you to some useful resources:
CodeProject is more about code sharing rather than tool sharing. So we would ask you to make some changes to the article to discuss more how the tool works (showing and describing examples of that code) rather than telling us what it does.
CodeProject articles have a certain layout to follow, so that users can learn the most from them. Each article attempts to answer the following questions: What problem does this solution solve? How does this help someone else? How does the code actually work? What is going on inside the code snippets?
Here is a submission from a first time author who did a terrific job, just to give you a basic overview of what a beginner article might looks like:

There are currently at least five articles mentioning the word for falling block game on the site, they have been there for years and it appears not to be a problem.
Anyway, if this article is causing such trouble, it is better not to share it here or not to share it in current form, but with changed label and more explanations, maybe few code examples. The source code is slightly larger and it will be difficult and non-user friendly if I have to use the approach with code snippets or code screen-shots, as I did in my previous articles.

Some years ago we received a cease and desist from the people who own the game, so yes, it was a problem.
If some have managed to be published in that time I will go through today and rename them all.

I think I've told you why three times now: on each of the previous times you've posted this up.
Never mind, let's try a fourth...
The code is "student grade" at best: for example just look at what you do each time you try to get a value from your stack.
It adds nothing new to the sum of human knowledge, and it benefits no-one except other students looking for some software they can hand in as their own work.
The explanation is vague, the images aren't your own work, I have some doubts if you wrote the words.
Do you really think that in the real world we sit here writing calculators all day, and get paid for it?
Basically, it's a poor article, and that's why it has been rejected four times now.
Please, look at some of the existing articles here to get an idea of the standard we expect.

And here's a tip which is a lot more "code focussed": Creating a Simple "scratch card" Control in WinForms[^]
We moderators aren't here to make your life difficult, or to be nasty - quite the reverse, we protect the site from not-ready articles, and authors from the derision and downvotes that poorer articles can receive. And to be a moderator, you have to write articles, so we know what it feels like when you slave away on something and Joe Moron from Stupidity High School, Kansas finds out it's not what he needs to hand in as his homework ... 
If we let this though as it stands, it would - at best - be ignored, and more likely downvoted into oblivion.
Do yourself a favour: back that code up and hide it for six months. Then come back and give it a good code review in the light of your experience then. You will cringe at the thought of sharing that with the world...
