We can't pull the content if the content isn't shown
At this point it is the only solution, but it would be fairly straightforward for us to add an option to have items in your feed point to a "content" page. It would be fairly low on our priority though, unfortunately.

edit: I was too quick to jump the gun I guess. And, I guess you guys were indeed changing some still since the last time I posted - I just want to confirm that now I received the mail from Submit@codeproject.com informing me that one post (out of three that were pulled) so far was successfully published.
Anyways, I guess this thread can now be successfully closed ; below is the previous reply, obviously
Hey Chris,
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
Sure, I understand, and what I did was I changed the category listing to include the full post content and I actually got a second email today saying that: "Your article feed Nikola Brežnjak's Blog has been successfully consumed at 1 Feb 2015. 3 new articles were pulled.".
Now, first thing which looks strange to me is the date, and second, more important thing is that I usually saw those posts that were actually pulled in and I could see them that they're in the "approval" phase. Also, when the post would be "approved" I would see something along the lines of:
23 Sep 2014 9:22pm 10 Author Technical Blog consumed Technical Blog Custom YES/NO dialog.....
Now, I don't see any of that.
So, I would appreciate if you could explain this to me or look into it if it's some kind of a problem.
Thank you,
Nikola

I found a few typos in my article...Even those are more funny than serious, I would like to fix it...However, updating the article will add it to the next day's 'Updated' list where actually on content has been updated...
It is ethical to do so?
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

Of course it's ethical. No matter what the change, you are correcting it, so it is only appropriate that it gets added to the updated list.

Hi, there. Today I've submitted my article and it was approved, but I've got no votes for the article. Before, I've already submitted another article and initially there was one vote of 5. Why my article was approved with no votes for?

Posting an article doesn't come with a guarantee that you'll be flooded with lots of upvotes.
It's Sunday morning. Patience. If you're article is good the votes will come in.
Ask yourself this though: Are you posting articles just to get votes, or are you posting because you enjoy helping others learn from your experience?

Hi. I'm actually posting articles to help others from my experience. I'm really sorry for my question posted at the forum. I've raised this question solely for inquery purpose: what is actually the difference between articles.
Thanks a lot for your reply.

Posting questions like this is almost guaranteed to attract the sort of person who will down vote anything you post. Just post your articles and move on, votes do not pay the bills.
|
|
|
|
|
Please don't pay attention to my lastest post. The question about votes is actually out.

Well The article in question simply has a link to the Windows Store to get the binaries. In the article guidelines it does not allow association between thirdpary products and the article authors.

No, some articles can have code inline, or can talk about topics without needing actual code.
This specific article was an entry for a contest long gone. The article, too, is now long gone.

1. English - I would love a proofread...
2. Set the proper categories - I had a hard time to categorize this article and I'm not sure I made a good job there

All of your images seem to be missing.

Strange - I've tried in Firefox, IE and Chrome, and none of them show up.
Trying to access the images directly gives me the "There is no page"[^] page.

Interesting article! Happy to help
As you asked, I have done a proofread:
Quote: I have no the slightest ability to work with colors. Should be "I don't have the slightest ability to work with colors".
Quote: and that methods are used even by designers… "methods" is plural, so "that" should be plural too -> "those"
Quote: that can sense (see) different wavelength "wavelength" should be plural: "wavelengths"
Quote: for the RGB color model, which create colors "create" should be "creates" here.
Quote: just like human eye You're missing the article here: "just like the human eye".
Quote: However RGB model does not work in a way human understand color. The article is missing: "However the RGB model ..."
Quote: For instance the color named Magenta built of R:255, G , B:255. Your :0 appears as an emoticon. You can try putting a space between the colon and the zero, or replace the colon by its HTML Entity, : .
Quote: The model still use 3 components in an additive way, but rearrange the "use" should be "uses", and "rearrange" should be "rearranges".
Quote: It also resembles the classical color-wheel used by artist "artist" should be plural here, "artists".
Quote: The basic element is Hue, which running around Should be "runs" instead of "running".
Quote: a color so saturated that it bacem dim I'm not sure what "bacem" means here.
Quote: Value define the brightness Should be "defines" instead of "define".
Quote: This A element can be applied to both color model we discussed here "model" should be plural, "models".
Quote: All these formulas based on the idea This should be "All these formulas are based ..."
Quote: you chose a single color and get back a set of colors that play nicely together (the color chosen is one of the set) I don't think you should use the past tense of 'to choose' here, you can use the present: "you choose a single color".
Quote: where the second color placed on the opposite side of the color wheel.
Should be "where the second color is placed".
Quote: In any case it is important to choose a color that dominant over its counterpart. Should be "a color that is dominant".
Quote: This method gives high contrast between the colors in the set and add more nuances over Complements method "add" should be plural here: "and adds more nuances", and there should be an article before 'Complements': "over the Complements method".
Quote: Cons: Lover contrast than in Complements or SplitComplements. Did you mean "Lower contrast"?
Quote: Cons: There is no much contrast in the set. Should be "not" instead of "no".
Quote: Cons: Lack any contrast of colors. Should be "Lacks".
Quote: For this people color information alone is not enough Should be "these people" because 'people' is plural.
Quote: (we talk about colors - a blind people has no colors!) "people" should be singular here -> "a blind person".
Quote: I promissed no code, but after all it a coding site... "promissed" is misspelled, it should be "promised".
Quote: In this part I will show the core of a possible implementatio of the ideas we saw. "implementatio" is misspelled, it should be "implementation".
Quote: In .NET we have the Color class that represent a color based on RGB model Should be "represents".
Quote: The most important thig Typo, it should be "thing".
Quote: are moving the origina lcolor around the current color Typo, it should be "original color", not "origina lcolor".
Quote: As triads used to create 3 colors equaly distributed around the colo wheel Should be "As triads are used to create 3 colors equally distributed around the color wheel".
Quote: in the attached code you will find the exact code for creating all the colot sets in this article Typo, should be "color sets" instead of "colot sets".
Quote: it is not enough that your code works and written well Should be "and is written well".
Quote: it acn be too expensive to hire a professional designer Typo, "acn" should be "can".
Quote: You are convinced about the iportance of colors, but still dont want to mess with the code! Typo, "iportance" should be "importance", and "dont" should be "don't".

I mean that the color turns to white, and meant to write 'becomes', but at the end I wrote: 'so saturated that it turns dim - white'...
