I want to insert a dot (jpeg) on a map (jpeg) when user selects "View my home", and remove the dot and put it on another place on the same map for "view my friend's home". I've tried: function p(q){ return q = 90; }; The code works fine when I type an actual value instead of p(q), but I want to be able to change the value of q. I've thought of setting the map picture as background, but that won't work for future applications. Thanks
