Why on earth would you need more than 255 fields? It sounds as your database design is seriously flawed...

There is a small difference between the threads. One is about Access and the other about MySQL.

Hi Guys,
I'm tryin to Post an xml string to a web service which returns an xml string use WebRequest.
I'm getting the following error.

--- End of inner exception stack trace ---
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetRequestStream()
Any hints tips or preferable solutions!!!!
Thanks in advance
Will

Are you doing this at work from behind a company firewall? Is so that could be the problem. I have had trouble in the past with that sort of thing.

The web service is on port 8080 which should be ok. Can you recall waht you did to fix this problem

I never got around the problem, and then the project got dropped anyway.
It was an experiment a couple of years ago using Microsoft's MapPoint web service.

Hello,
Please visit the following url:
http://www.istockphoto.com/file_search.php?action=file&text=car&filetypeID=&x=0&y=0
You will see a list of images.
When you place the mouse over an image a bigger version of that image appears with some extra information.
This is maybe the fastest and cleanest I ever saw.
Can someone explain me how to create this?
Thanks,
Miguel

When the mouse pointer moves over an image, put an absolutely positioned element next to the pointer. Put the information and the image in the element.
