I've a comobbox and i'm fill this comobbox like this:

and than i want to get Comobbox select item head id. But when i select the comobbox value page refresh, first time it return head id but when i again select a value i got an javascript error like this:

Code: 0

And comobox stop working. and page doesn't work.
Please help me out in this matter (Urgent)

I am a VC++ developer know something of HTML and little DHTML. But time required from me
to develope a web page which will have excel sheet and people from various places place order by filling that excel and I have to get it at server. I can develop a application
as excel sheet within html and take data entered in html in access and then print it.
But I dont understand if this html is on remote machine and it is filled how can I get that
data transfered to server.No doubt my created html I will place on my domain server.
But surely ISP will get copy of it will forward to user. I am little confused of whole mechanism. Can anyone guide me about the same. My countdown is already started for finishing it on or before deadline.

I won't stake my life on it, but I believe that the answer in this case would be that the "missing" left value will be set to equal the right - so that
padding: 1px 10px 8px;
is equivalent to:
padding: 1px 10px 8px 10px;

Again I am asking for your help, because your answers on other matters have been of so much help before. This time I have a web page, that will show only a text, and I want to print only that text, not the page number at the top of the page, or the url of the page and date at the bottom of the page. Your question and your subject line don't really match....
To print out only specific divs, you need to include a css file for print media...
LINK rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="print"
href="prntfriendly.css"
and define those div's to be hidden on the printer friendly css file.
But you cannot detemrine the header and footer print options on the client browser - but you CAN set them on your OWN browser to suit your needs/wants - try

A web service is a collection of protocols and standards used for exchanging data between applications or systems. Software applications written in various programming languages and running on various platforms can use web services to exchange data over computer networks like the Internet in a manner similar to inter-process communication on a single computer. This interoperability (e.g., between Java and Asp.net, or Windows and Linux applications) is due to the use of open standards.
In brief, .NET Remoting is an architecture which enables communication between different application domains or processes using different transportation protocols, serialization formats, object lifetime schemes, and modes of object creation. Remote means any object which executes outside the application domain. The two processes can exist on the same computer or on two computers connected by a LAN or the Internet. This is called marshalling (This is the process of passing parameters from one context to another.), and there are two basic ways to marshal an object:
Marshal by value: the Server creates a copy of the object passes the copy to the client.
Marshal by reference: the Client creates a proxy for the object and then uses the proxy to access the object.

We need to browse WebSites through IIS .
Go to ComputerManagement---->IIS-->WebSites--->xbrandsite-->public/default.aspx
When I Right click on the Default.aspx and select Browse,
The Page is not browssing.
So How Can I fix that error?.

You will need to determine the correct url and type that into a browser address bar - along the lines of
http://putyourcomputernamehere/brandsite/public/default.aspx
You may get away with "localhost" in place of "putyourcomputernamehere", otherwise look in IIS admin to determine the correct name and path

In the IIS, Normally When rightclick on the default.aspx and select "Browser" from the Menu,Browser must be opened with the correct URL.
But in our server, Browser is not openning in the IIS.

hmm..ok.. I se what you mean...
What happens when you try - does your browser open but display the page, or does it not even open at all?
And can you browse to the file ok in your browser, or does that not work either?
You may have better luck asking this question in the Operating System / Sysadmin forum....

I hope this is the right forum...
I'm confused about how you get new headers from a newsserver. I guess when you first suscribe to a group you get what is already on the server by sending a GROUP command to get the the low and high article numbers and send an XOVER command with these two values. But to get new headers later, do you add 1 to that high article number and send the GROUP command again to get the new high article number and then send the XOVER command with these two values? If this is the case, what happens when the high article number is greater than the maximum int value? Does it wrap around from 0, which would make the high article number lower than the low article number?
