REGEX is a regular expression tool that can perform string substitutions, which is basically what you are looking for. It might take a couple of passes through an HTML document in order to get the conversion done, but it should help.

I am developing an application , it has to send an email to a admin notifying the new user registration, so that admin can approve it. The email is sent when ever a new user registers into the system.
Everything is running fine , in my computer. It is sending an email , everything works fine.
but when I move the code to the testing server, its give the following error .

check your setting? How are you sending the email? Does the test machine has permission to connect to your smtp server? or does it have smtp configured locally?

Hi,
I have a Fileupload control, from where i am uploading CSV file and reading data from it and displaying in a gridview. If data is incorrect i am editting in GrdiView and click on Finish button. On click of finish button i am writing updated value back to CSV file from Gridview. This functionality i have implemented, but after hosting this application in IIS, when i access it in same system its rewriting to CSV file and renaming the file also. But if i browse hosted application in some other system and if i upload a file which is on browser system, its not renaming a file and not updating it.
So please can any one help me what are the permissions i need to set in IIS or to file i am access, so that i can rename and update that file.
I have checked following possiblities already
1. create ASPNET account and grant full permission for read, write....
2. In IIS gave Anonymous access to user.
3. Checked with Impersonate option in web.config file.
4. Gave permissions to CSV file like read, write ....

Check the identity that runs the application pool process. Give that account full control to the directory where you are writing the file.
Also, here is a tip.
Instead of using a StreamWriter, use a StringBuilder to build your .csv then use System.IO.File.WriteAllText.

I tried what ever you have suggested, still renaming issue exist. i used string builder to build CSV file and used File.WriteAllText. It works fine only when i run application using Visual Studio and on which ever system i host the application. Except these two systems on all other system its not working.
Please help me.... We need to deliver the project but due to renaming issue stuck up...

I wont get any exception. When i click on Finish button in my screen, i am interacting with DataBase and at last saving the CSV file and changing the name of the file. It wont throw any exception as its working fine in local system using VS2008 application and also when i host the application in my system itself. But if any one browse same application on different system, all Database activities are working fine and even all the code written for renaming CSV file will get executed but it wont rename the file.

I am unable to use soap header encryption and decryption.....
The problem is to secure a web service we need authontication and we send username and password to webmethod using soap header which is passsed to the network in a plain text and any hacker who cares the network can see the user id and password and easily use the web service so we need to encrypt the username and password before sending to network and later before calling the method we decrypt it by using appropriate method...........
if you have code to do that pls help me

In may asp.net application I present a pdf file to the user who enters some data into it and on pressing an HTMLSubmit button on the pdf document posts the data back to an asp.net page where I am able to capture it as formdata using
Request.Form.Item(n) ...
However I have the follwing queries :
1. Can I capture the postback data through the names of the text fields that I have given on my pdf document.
2. Can I capture the post back data in XML format by putting a normal button whose setting are (Control Type:Submit, Submit Format:XML & Submit to URL: the name of the aspx page)?
Kindly help how this can be achieved.

My asp.net application is ajax enabled. After the page is loaded completely, if there is no user activity for sometime, the screen stops responding until i close the browser and open it again.
In some of the screens, on Session timeout (i have tested it by keeping the screens idle for 20 minutes), the user is redirected to the login page.
But on few screens, the redirect does not happen. The screen stands still and no buttons links on the page respond to any mouse or keyboard event.
At this point, if i press the "Refresh" button on the browser address bar, then i get logged out of the application and redirected to the login page.
On the browser Status bar (bottom left hand corner of the browser window) a javascript error message displayed as "Error on Page" instead of "Done".
On click of it, following error messages can be seen in the javascript error message pop-up.
Unexpected ajax response was received from the Server
This may be caused by one of the following reasons:
Server.Transfer
Custom Http handler
Incorrect loading of an "Ajaxified" user control
Verify that you don't get a server side exception or any other undesired behavior, by setting the EnableAJAX property to false.
not possible to add the screen shots, else wd have done.
All the pages and user controls in my application follow the same ajax panel structure and loading.
