The server can't really make calls to a client, it just doesn't work like that.
1) Handle the button event on the server, then insert javascript to call you client-side funtion
2) Use AJAX methods to call server from client, then continue with client-side processing

simply just add the Dll File as Reference . [ Solluation Explorer -> References -> Right Click -> Browse Tab [ for select your dll file] -> ok
Then use
using DllNameSpace;
Then u can create Object for the same
DllClass myDllObject=new DllClass();
myDllObject.DllMethods();

i have an excel file. i want to read data into data set. i have successfully read it into data set. but it doesn't images data. for image data it it returns database null. i want want to read data as well as image data into data set. can any one help me in this regards?

sentence type case means if the user gives the name as mark nischalke then it should get as Mark Nischalke

This will capitalize the the first letter in every work in the text. Of course it won't differentiate between proper names and other words.

I am jagsir singh.
I need to functionality of url rewriting in my web application.
I need to add the url name(from db) into original url
what i want to implement is as
suppose my original path is
http://www.path.com/default.aspx
and my url from db is abc
so url path would be
http://www.path.com/abc
and for xyz
http://www.path.com/xyz
this path should be same for whole application
Is there any body can help me please.

So you can do Response.Redirecthttp://www.path.com/" + "Get from database");

but here is another situation
actually here xyz is the account name
and whole path will be same
for example if one person creates an account and his account name is xyz
and another person creates another account and his account name is abc
then
for first case url will be http://www.path.com/xyz and it will same for his application instance
and for second case url will be http://www.path.com/abc and it will be same for his application instance
No page should be displayed

i have a login page and inthat page i create a cookie name "admin" my problem is that when the admin login then in every page of admin section this cookie check if exist or not if not exist return the admin to login page

Hi,
Can we use two validation controls for the same field?
i.e)For a textbox containing username the field should not be empty and
also the field should accept atleast 6 characters.I tried by using required
field validator and range validator.Both of them are working but it is
not directing to the next page.Only with required field validator
it works smoothly.Plz reply me.
