Your validator showing error means some of the validation get failed in the page. So It will not allow you to move to other page.
If you want to move to onther page by using some other control where you didn't use validation control, you need to use ValidationGroup Properties. Use Validation group with those control on which you want to validate then other controls will work fine.

I wanna to send mail to my Yahoo Id .
I am designing Website for a company and the boss want that any one who send email ( We have part that from our website they can send mail to us something like Contact Us ) to info@itfarda.com one copy also send to his yahoo Id(jojoba2010@yahoo.com)

If you have secure smtp server, you need to use NetworkCredentials to login before you send a mail.

Is the error related to Authentication failure? OMG | :OMG:

You should have a private only for that. Because you will get a lot of junk mail.

There is plenty of help available if you search google. Here is in brief what you will have:

1. UI layer having your pages and user controls.
2. Business Layer having your rules/business validations etc.
3. Data Access Layer which would perform the database operations.

50-50-90 rule: Anytime I have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability I'll get it wrong...!!

There Tier Architecture is nothing but breaking your application in different layer like,

1. UI Layer
2. BLL : Business Logic Layer
3. DAL : Data Access Layer

displaying in Treview control from database

Iam having two tables in database ms sql server ,dept and emp

dept table with fields are as followsdeptno(primary key),deptname,dlocation

emp table with fields are as follows

empno(primary key),empname ,salary,deptno(foriegn key)

in asp.net integrating with c# , when i select deptno in treeview control i want to display deptno with all details about the employes please help

hii all i have a datalist in which i have taken labels and checkboxs.i want that when the user select the checkboxes from any rows.the text of all the selected check box get displayed in a textbox or label.i have also taken a hidden field to found the id of selected row.what is the next step that i shd perform.plz guide.thank's

Handle the CheckChanged event and the text for the textbox/label in that.

Use Ctrl+Left/Right to switch messages, Ctrl+Up/Down to switch threads, Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right to switch pages.
