HI All,
I have a page in which there is a check box control. When this check box is checked then another page is loaded to an IFRAM. There is a Button in IFRAM page named Back. I want when I click on Back the Check box should be unchecked. Problem is that Check box is on Parent Page and that Button is on IFRAM page. How can I do that i-e when some one click on IFRAM page Back Button the Parent Page Check box should be Unchecked.
Please Help me

i have one Zipper.dll(its in Bin directory like Introp.ZipperLib.dll)in my asp.net 2.0 project. when i work with this dll in my development machine its working fine. When i try to work with Web server its throwing the following error. Please help me to work fix this problem

Hey Palani,
There might be the following scenarios,
1) you COM Component is not registered in the webserver,
search your registry for "D07EDCC5-4AB7-4B40-91AB-C5BAEE7FA608"
user regsvr32 command
2) your COM might not be binary compatible , may be u built it again and it changed its class id (happens with VB COM if u dont select binary compatibility)
3)The "Logged On User" -- usually the anonymous account -- does not have adequate permissions to run the control. In many cases the anonymous login account (IUSR_<machine>) does not have appropriate permissions on certain Directories/Files or the specific component and its dependencies. While less frequent, if the registry permissions for certain keys are not set correctly, it causes the control to fail to initialize
4)The "Everyone" group has been removed from having READ permissions on certain registry keys due to the mistaken notion that Everyone means ANYONE, when in actuality it simply means all validated users on the Domain/machine.

I have written an user control (UserControl) and i would like to allow only one instance per page to be instantiate by its type.
Do you know what is the best method to achieve this? It has to work in both the statical and dynamical loading scenarios.

hi,
I have defined validation server controls RequireFieldValidator and RegulaExpressionValidator
for validatiing sender name and emailid entries in textboxes
but they r not working at all.
I'm also using VlidationSummary to disoplay error message.
I hve assigned properties
ControlToValidate and ErrorMessage ,Display="None"
and property of VlidationSummary, ShowMessageBox="True"
SendButton's Properrty CausesValidation="true"
Even I have set evrything correctly validation controls are not working.
Please help.

Check your sqlDataSource object... first make sure the connection string you are using supports update operation. Second, when you get to the screen where it asks you to type in the SQL statements, click on the Advanced button, then check "Generate Insert, Update, and Delete statements" box. You may also check the "Optimistic concurrency" box as well.

why it is not wrking in (C#+Asp)n same code is working in Only c#. Is there any other event..

To get the selected Value from the dropdownlist

(or)

Through collection its 100% possible..The basic problem is there tht the event (DropDownList2_SelectedIndexChanged)is not fired on ..so the problem is arising..
else the associated code is absolutly running fine(TextBox2.Text = DropDownList2.Text;
TextBox2.Text = DropDownList1.SelectedValue;).
Both statments r crect

Make the autopostback event property of the dropdownlist to true..
Have you placed the dropdownlist on the form or in a panel??
