Hello totocaster,
You can see the below code to create Textbox control dynamically in C#.
I hope this gives small idea.
TextBox t = new TextBox();
t.Text = "Hello";
Response.Write(t.Text);

Ive just discovered the ~ sign and how it can be used to reference the root path of your application when building .Net web apps and am overjoyed at how much easier things have become while using it. Thing is I now find myself using it everywhere.
Is this causing the server to do more work than it needs to though. Each page uses it at last 40 times in the header and footer and some pages can almost equal this.
Any opions?

I wouldn't have thought so, except in the compilation phase - but that isn't all that important given the life cycle of ASP.Net apps.

create a reference to the project CC is in and use
using (namespace.to.CC myCC = new namespace.to.CC())
{
myCC.DoSomething();
}
(if CC is not disposable, leave the using()...)
