which algorthim is used in the garbage collection?

hi raja,
Garbage collection is used for releasing all the resource occupied by the program and it's variable, so that another application can use these resources easily. Garbage Collection is itself algorigth which call itself at the end of the program. It is the last method of any program. It first try to find out which program variable and resources no longer needed/referenced by the program. If it find's that all the variable and resources no longer needed by the program, then it immediately calls Garbage collection. Garbage Collection stores all the necessery information in the persistence medium then release the memory occupied by the variables. Then close all the open database and network connections.
For this purpose Garbage Collection uses memory referencing, network connections and database connections referncing. If referencing doesn't exist, it call releasing of memory and other resources.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks & Regards

I don't know the specific name of the Algorithm but
Based on two simple tendencies
1.Recently created objects tend to have a short life.
2.The older an object gets, its necessity tends to be higher and it is
assumed to live longer.
Do you want exact name ? Google it you will get that name also share with us

protected void rb1_ServerChange(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
if (rb1.Checked == true)
Panel1.Visible = true;
else
Panel1.Visible = false;
}

Is that a typo? Remove the umlaut and it should work.

hi, yes its a type. It should be 'onserverchange' without the 'umlaut'. It doesn't work either. Please help.

Oops, I mean to say 'typo'. I am not using the 'umlaut'

I tried to reproduce your problem, but it worked OK for me. Which version of ASP.NET are you using? For versions prior to ASP.NET 2.0, you have to explicitly set up the event handlers in your code-behind. You can't define them declaratively in your ASPX page.
