As Mark has said this is a very easy control, you could use ASP.NET AJAX to do something like this, but since we are not going to give you the code you should check this link[^] and start learning.

I don't think it is that the question is easy that bothers people. It is a matter of how much effort was made by the asker to answer it themselves before asking here. When people are just handed an answer they don't learn as much.

Hello everyone!
I've a problem, I want my control CreateUserWizard save the data entered by users during registration on my database, not in the classic ASPNET.mdf that is created in the AppData folder by default.
To do this, I followed the wizard through the file aspnet_regsql.exe.
My problem is that even by following the procedure, the control doesn't save the data in my database but in ASPNET.mdf that is created by default.
Maybe I didn't set well Provider from Visual Web Developer? But not everything should be automatic?
Please help me!
PS: I've Microsoft Visual Web Developer Express 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express Edition

My machine have a windows 7 operating system. and I have developed one application in .net with MS Access 2007 database. If I replace MS Access file it is converting in read only. And it is showing old data.
But in Windows Xp it is working properly.
Any solution ???

Yes, don't use Access. Windows 7, or any other OS, is not going to mark a file as ReadOnly on its own, what are you doing differently?

Hi all,
I've used a third party Chart tool in Vb 2005. My Programming language is VB.
I export that control to the excel sheet i can't get the inner content of the chart.Can any one help me to achieve this. Thanks in advance

I think you can insert the chart to excel as a picture, but I am not sure about this. Maybe you can have a try:P

There is no need to inherite class in second fine instead of that you have to create one instance of that class and you have to use that one for ex.

hi according to me there is not use to inherit the class over here
as per inheritance defination one of the use of inheriatance is to reuse your existance class methods and member

Dear All,
I have looked so many sites and slideshow extender is a quite easy to set-up. and all sites gives the pretty much same codes. And noone seems to have a problem with the codes.
However when I try to run the code autoplay seems not working. But the buttons (next pre) do loop among the images. I tried so many things, such as reinstalling ajaxToolkit, does anyone have an idea what might I miss?

the problem is solved I found the problem but in any case I will not delete the question since somebody else could come acrross with the same problem.
The problem was that I used Script Manager instead of toolkitScriptmanager...
when I added:
<ajaxToolkit:ToolkitScriptManager ID="ToolkitScriptManager1" runat="server">
</ajaxToolkit:ToolkitScriptManager>
it worked fine...

Use form authentication
or
Create one user control and insert that in your all page
in that user control check for the Session["username"]
and insert value in this Session["username"] when user login to system
