I was trying to help you out and asked couple of questions to understand the problem statement better. I worked a lot on Hierarchical data and thought could help you. But, instead of replying and clarifying the problem you down voted my reply...
Also, I noticed that in one of the question from the C# forum (licensing related question) without understanding the answer provided you directly replied to it saying this will not work.
That's why I replied to you post...

The image you link to is for a demo app with exactly what you asked for. A forum message cannot give you as much information as a demo article. Work through the article and when you have a specific question about the code then ask!

If I have a mix of projects using different frameworks what does the xap use.
.Web only has 4 available
Silverlight app is set to 5 (xap is generated by this)
Utilities is using 4 (5 is available but it has not been complied into 5 yet) and is referenced by the Silverlight app.
Am I going to get any benefits from SL5?

If you are not using any SL 5 features, you are not going to get any benefits.
It does not matter whether you compile your code using SL4 or SL5.

I was under the impression the the runtime is quite different from 4 to 5 and 4 will run in a sandbox within 5 and have no optimisation.
Interesting issue, if you have a WCF in 4 that references a models library in 5 the model library is not available when referencing the service in the SL5 app.

Hi All,
I want a solution/sample code to do following scenario:
I want to bind Hierarchical data to a tree view. When I click on tree view the child data(second level data) should display in List view (Tree view should not display the child data i.e no expand). If the child's are three levels, the second level data should expand in tree view itself. and when click on second level, the third level data should show in list view (The third level data should show in tree view).

What have you tried? Have you spent any time researching this? Do you think someone's going to write the code for you and post it without you even trying?
There are plenty of examples of using a treeview in WPF. I suggest you research first, the come back and post questions specific to any issues you're having.

I don't often vote 1 but you deserve it for this question. Your requirements are very simple and there are a myriad of examples that will show you how to do this. Search the articles and Google, read the articles and work with the examples, when you have a specific problem then return with a sensible question.
Oh if you really are after someone to code this for you then go to rentacoder or elance with a few pennies, that is what those sites are for!

Infragistics has a tree view that supports hierarchical structures by default.

The example creates a windows explorer style interface, with the directory data in the treeview, and the files in the listview - but you could easily adapt this so that the lowest level of directories were in the listview instead.

I completely agree. Rudeness is not required to instruct someone how to research and post questions in the forums.
Even a simple link to How to get an answer to your question[^] would not be disrespectful and at the same type will help new users how to start and not run away from CP.
If they run away from CP, they will never get the chance to become contributors on the future.
