I would like to display it like this

Meal 1  HOT DOG CHEESE
Meal 2  BURGER  Pizza
Meal 3  SAMOOSA SAUSAGE
Meal 4  CHIPS   PIE
Meal 5  CAKE    FRIES

Meal No is PKey then MEAL1 MEAL 2 MEAL 3 MEAL 4 MEAL 5 are columns

It would help us a lot more if you would actually show us the table structures and not just the data. We can't help you unless we know the keys, etc.
