Developing LMS using .Net

Hi,
Can any body help me how to develop LCMS or LMS which can run the SCORM course with user tracks and all in .NET

please provide me any good links or code, where can I get OpenSource for this?

Please mention the full forms for LMS & LCMS. I found there are many full forms for those.
