It's a sea of activity, and inevitably not a calm ocean.
Would love the environment to be calm, but it's hard to shut the noise. 
And when I'm into my work[/monitor], I normally don't put my ear to any work

I used earphones because my work environment is a little bit noisy, there are arguments here and there.
